Sando Karneh

Sando is a highly motivated, determined and reliable individual.
Prior to joining UMGroup, Inc. Sando worked as a Registered Representative
(Broker) for Ameritrade incorporated in Fort Worth, TX. He was responsible
for placing security trades for clients, assuring quality client service,
particularly in response to special request, complaints, and problems regarding
issues with security trading.
In 2003, he served as E-mail/Tech Support for Ameritrade Inc, assisting
clients with technical issues via e-mail. He also provided back up to tech
support telephone representatives when there was a high volume of technical issues.
Prior to joining Ameritrade, Sando worked for Express Scripts, inc. in
Bloomington, MN as Prior Authorization Consultant. He efficiently
implemented and managed the clients and members prior authorization
process of prescription medications with quality and satisfactory results.
He received inbound calls, faxes, and review request for prior authorization
of prescription medications from clients, medical service providers, pharmacies,
and members.
Sando was born and raised in Liberia. In 1988, he graduated
from St. Patrick’s High School on Tubman Blvd. in Monrovia
as a member of the Class of Faith and Determination
(COFAD). He holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science
in personal computer support from North Lake College
in Irving, TX.
